AI coaching

The psymet AI coach suggests ways to work well with a specific teammate, based on both of your profiles. Learn what it does, what it doesn't, and its limits.

The AI coach gives you practical suggestions for working with a specific teammate, based on both of your profiles. It is a thinking partner for everyday collaboration, not a source of decisions about people.

What the coach does

You pick a colleague and describe a situation, such as a disagreement, a handover or a first project together. The coach suggests approaches that fit both of your preferences.

Sam Okonkwo

Senior Engineer

You’re about to give Sam some feedback on a design document that missed the brief. The coach has read his user manual and his profile.

A coaching conversation about Sam, a fictional senior engineer. The coach asks three short questions about the situation, each with suggested replies, then gives a recommendation, three tips in priority order and one thing to watch out for, drawing on Sam's user manual.

After the conversation

When the conversation ends, the coach may suggest one or two structured exercises you could use with your colleague. See Coaching cards.

What the coach doesn't do

The coach doesn't evaluate people, and it isn't a substitute for professional, medical, HR or legal advice. Don't use it to decide anything about someone's job.

Daily limits

Coaching conversations are subject to a daily limit per person, which resets each day.
