What is psymet?

psymet helps teams understand how each member prefers to work, using a 16-type personality framework, AI coaching and a shareable user manual.

psymet is a team collaboration tool: each member gets a personality profile based on a 16-type framework, and the whole team uses those profiles to talk about how they prefer to work together. It is built for development and collaboration after someone has joined a team, not for hiring or selection.

Who psymet is for

Team members use psymet to understand their own working preferences and share them with colleagues. Team leads use it to see how a team's preferences fit together. Organisations, including HR and executive-search firms, use it to help senior hires settle into a new team after the hiring decision has been made.

What you get

Every member receives a profile across four dimensions, each scored from 0 to 100 between two poles. The profile can be refined through an AI chat, turned into a "user manual of me" that colleagues can read, and used by an AI coach that gives suggestions for working with a specific teammate. Coaching cards then suggest structured exercises to put that advice into practice, along with a short solo practice each day.
