Getting started for team members
How to take the psymet questionnaire, read your personality profile, and decide what to share with your colleagues. A short guide for new team members.
To get started, accept your team invitation, complete the questionnaire, and read the profile psymet builds from your answers. It usually takes one sitting, and you can refine the result afterwards.
Taking the questionnaire
The questionnaire asks how you tend to approach work, people and decisions. There are no right or wrong answers; answer for how you usually are at work rather than how you think you should be.
Reading your profile
Your profile shows four dimensions, each scored from 0 to 100 between two poles, plus the type those scores suggest. Scores near the middle mean you draw on both poles, so read them as preferences, not fixed labels.
Refining your profile
If something doesn't sound like you, the AI profile chat lets you talk it through. It asks follow-up questions and can adjust your profile based on what you tell it.
Sharing with your team
Your "user manual of me" is the part colleagues read. See User manual of me for what it contains.
Daily practice
Once you have a profile, your dashboard offers a short solo practice each day, built around a preference you draw on less often. See Coaching cards.
What is psymet?
psymet helps teams understand how each member prefers to work, using a 16-type personality framework, AI coaching and a shareable user manual.
