Privacy and data
A plain-language guide to who can see what in psymet, from your own profile and user manual to what your colleagues and team leads can view.
You can see your full profile. Colleagues on your team see what you share with them, mainly your user manual and your place on the team map. This page explains who sees what in plain language.
What you can see
Your questionnaire results, your full profile, your user manual and your own AI conversations.
What your colleagues can see
Colleagues on your team can read your user manual and see your position on the team map.
What team leads can see
Team leads see the team map and team-level views that help them support the team.
AI conversations
Your AI profile chats and coaching conversations are for you.
Pairings
Admins and talent partners can run a pairing to prepare two people to work together. The pairing is private to the person who ran it; neither of the two people can read it.
Coaching cards
Your reflections on coaching cards and daily practice are private to you. Team admins see only team-level figures, such as how often suggested methods are opened and completed and their average rating, never an individual's reflections. See Coaching cards.
