About

Why we built Psymet

How someone likes to get feedback, when they do their best thinking, what makes them go quiet in a meeting: teams usually learn these things slowly, and often the hard way. Psymet exists to make them explicit from the start, so new hires and their teams can get on with the work.

What we stand for

Our principles.

For development only

Psymet helps people who already work together. Organisations must not use it to hire, promote, discipline, dismiss or set pay, and we don't offer it for that.

Responsible use

Private by default

People see their own full profile. Colleagues see a user manual and a place on the team map. AI conversations stay with the person who had them.

Privacy and data

Results are approximate

Personality typing is approximate and AI can be wrong. A profile describes working preferences and says nothing about ability. Teams use it to start a conversation.

The framework
The thinking behind it

How the framework works.

Psymet uses its own 16-type framework rooted in Jungian type. Each person gets a score from 0 to 100 on four dimensions, and can refine a borderline result through a short AI interview, because a questionnaire alone often gets a close preference wrong.

Most assessments stop at a report that gets read once. We turn the profile into a plain-language user manual colleagues can actually use, and an AI coach that draws on both people’s profiles before a hard conversation. A profile does the most good when a colleague reads it.

Who's behind it

A note from the founder.

I started Psymet after watching good people struggle in new teams for reasons nobody said out loud: one person wanted feedback in writing and another in the room, and one needed the why while another just wanted the deadline.

None of that is hard to share, but nobody writes it down. I built Psymet to make it the first thing a team knows about each other, and to keep the focus on helping people work together.
