# How profiles are formed and refined

A profile starts from your questionnaire answers and can then be refined in conversation with an AI profile chat. The goal is a description you recognise, not a fixed label.

## From questionnaire to profile

The profile chat asks about situations where the profile didn't sound quite right. What you tell it can adjust your scores and descriptions.

## Keeping your profile current

People change roles and teams. You can revisit your profile when you feel it no longer describes how you work.
